Sales tax will be charged for orders shipped to destinations within California unless a valid California resale certificate is on file with us.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

All products carry a 1 year manufacturers warranty unless otherwise specified.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. MonitorMart.com reserves the right to cancel any order at any time prior to shipment for any or no reason.
2. No refund of freight charges (if any) for items that do not arrive on time due to delivery refusals or unforseen delays out of MonitorMart.com's control.
3. Non stock orders will be shipped as soon as possible and we will make every effort to keep the customer notified of delivery status.

PRODUCT RETURNS

Products may qualify for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) based upon the following:

  • Credit for unopened returned products: A Credit (less shipping and 20% restocking fee) will be issued within 20 days of invoice date if the following conditions are met. Credit is not allowed after 20 days of invoice date. To return unopened items for credit, obtain an RMA number from us (click here). Return the product with the RMA number indicated on the shipping label along with a copy of the invoice. If the return has been opened or is not complete and in new condition, the return will not be accepted and a handling fee will be charged.
  • Replacement of unopened returned products: A product replacement request is treated as a new order. Follow the instructions above for returning unopened products for credit and place your new order for a replacement product. Upon receipt of the payment for and shipment of the new order a credit for the returned product will be issued upon receipt of the returned product and we find it qualifies after inspection.
  • Defective products returned for Credit:
    • A credit will be issued for defective products returned within 20 days of invoice date.
    • Obtain an RMA number (click here) and return defective products in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories provided at the time of sale together with a copy of the invoice. The RMA number must be indicated on the return shipping label.
    • Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the Dead On Arrival (DOA) product.
    • If the item is found NOT to be defective, the return will not be accepted and a handling fee and return shipping will be charged.

  • Defective products returned for Repair/Replacement:
    • Obtain an RMA number (click here) and return defective products in original packaging or sufficent packaging to protect the products from shipping damage. MonitorMart.com is not responsible for shipping damaged occuring during product returns. Return the product with a copy of the invoice. The RMA number must be indicated on the return shipping label.
    • If an immediate replacement product is required: A product replacement request is treated as a new order. Upon receipt of the payment for and shipment of the new order a credit for the returned product will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. Missing parts and/or customer modified or damaged products will not be credited. Inspection/Credit may be up to 20 business days after the item is received.
    • Standard Repair/Replacement: Upon receipt and inspection of the defective return a replacement or repaired product will be shipped to customer. Products damaged or modified by the customer will not be repaired or replaced under warranty. The customer will be notified of any non-warranty charges before product is returned. Although we will make every effort to expedite the return of repaired/replaced products to the customer, this process may take up to 20 business days after the item is actually received.

  • NOTE :

    1. MonitorMart.com is not liable for incorrect/incompatible product orders. Every effort is made to provide complete and accurate product descriptions. Please review the specifications and technical information provided for each product carefully and contact us with any questions/concerns you may have before placing an order.
    2. Missing/Incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of receipt of shipment.
    3. We will pay return freight for replacement of "in warranty" defective products only. All other freight charges are the responsibilty of the customer.
